Tax services for unincorporated business

Sole proprietorship : HK$ 2,000 up

Partnership : HK$ 2,500 up

(Note：You have to prepare major financial figures of your Company)

you will receive – Profits and loss account, balance sheet, tax computations and duly completed tax return copy in Chinese-and-English version.

Audit and Tax service for incorporated business

HK$ 5,000 up

(Note: you have to prepare company income statement, balance sheet and ledger for audit purpose. Accountancy fee may be charged in case you are in lack of these documents.)

you will receive – Audited financial statements, duly completed profits tax return copy and AGM minutes.
