你已邀請 凌峰會計（Lin Fung Accounting）為你嘅電腦遠端安裝或設定會計軟件。請按以下步驟，最後將 12 位數字密碼透過 WhatsApp 或電話告訴我哋，我哋就可以連線。
You’ve asked Lin Fung Accounting to install or set up accounting software on your PC remotely. Follow the steps below, then send us the 12-digit access code via WhatsApp or phone — we’ll connect from our side.

步驟 1：用 Chrome 瀏覽器打開設定頁 / Step 1: Open the setup page in Chrome

中文：請用 Google Chrome 瀏覽器（唔好用 Edge、Safari 或其他瀏覽器），前往以下網址：

This is Google’s official page; Chrome is normally already installed. If not, get it from google.com/chrome first.

步驟 2：點選「Remote Support」標籤 / Step 2: Click the “Remote Support” tab

中文：頁面頂部會見到兩個選項：「Remote Access」（遠端存取）同「Remote Support」（遠端支援）。請點選「Remote Support」——呢個係用作一次性協助，唔需要長期設定。

English: At the top you’ll see two options — “Remote Access” and “Remote Support”. Click “Remote Support” — this is for one-off help sessions and doesn’t require long-term setup.

步驟 3：登入你嘅 Google 帳戶（如未登入）/ Step 3: Sign in to your Google account (if not already)

中文：如未登入 Google，系統會要求你登入。任何 Google 帳戶都可以（例如 Gmail、Google Workspace 公司帳戶）。如冇 Google 帳戶，可即時免費註冊一個。

English: If you’re not already signed in, Google will ask you to sign in. Any Google account works (Gmail, Google Workspace, etc.). If you don’t have one, you can create a free account in the same flow.

步驟 4：喺「Get Support」下面，按藍色嘅「+ Generate code」按鈕 / Step 4: Under “Get Support”, click the blue “+ Generate code” button

備註 / Note：如果係你第一次用呢個工具，Chrome 會要求你下載一個細小嘅輔助程式，叫做「Chrome Remote Desktop Host」。請按下載並安裝（過程同安裝其他軟件一樣，幾分鐘完成）。安裝完成後，返回呢個頁面再撳一次「Generate code」。
If this is your first time, Chrome will prompt you to download a small helper called “Chrome Remote Desktop Host”. Download and install it (just like any other software, takes a few minutes). After installing, return to this page and click “Generate code” again.

步驟 5：抄低 12 位數字密碼 / Step 5: Note the 12-digit access code

中文：系統會顯示一個 12 位數字密碼（例如 123 456 789 012），同埋一個 5 分鐘倒數計時器。請保持呢個視窗打開——密碼喺 5 分鐘後會自動失效。

English: The page will show a 12-digit access code (e.g. 123 456 789 012) along with a 5-minute countdown timer. Keep this window open — the code automatically expires after 5 minutes.

步驟 6：將 12 位密碼告訴 凌峰會計 / Step 6: Send the 12-digit code to Lin Fung Accounting

中文：請將 12 位密碼透過以下任何方式告訴我哋：

  • WhatsApp 短訊
  • 電話讀畀我哋聽
  • 電郵

密碼 5 分鐘有效——如果未連線就過期，請返回呢個頁面，再撳一次「Generate code」攞新密碼。

English: Send us the 12-digit code via any of the following:

  • WhatsApp message
  • Phone call (read it out)
  • Email

The code is valid for 5 minutes — if it expires before we connect, return to this page and click “Generate code” again for a fresh code.

步驟 7：批准連線請求 / Step 7: Approve the connection request

中文：當我哋用呢個密碼連線時，你嘅電腦會彈出一個對話框問你是否同意分享屏幕。請撳「Share」（分享），連線就會建立。

English: When we connect using your code, a dialog will pop up on your PC asking if you agree to share your screen. Click “Share” and the session begins.

步驟 8：隨時可以結束會話 / Step 8: End the session anytime

中文：連線期間，你嘅屏幕底部會見到一個「Stop sharing」（停止分享）嘅浮動按鈕。任何時候撳佢，連線即時中斷，我哋立即失去存取權。

English: While connected, you’ll see a floating “Stop sharing” button at the bottom of your screen. Click it any time and the session ends immediately — we lose all access at that moment.

安全與私隱 / Safety and privacy

  • 連線加密：所有遠端連線都係由 Google 端對端加密，第三方睇唔到傳輸內容。
    Encrypted: All sessions are end-to-end encrypted by Google; no third party can see what’s transmitted.
  • 你話事：隨時撳「Stop sharing」就斷線。我哋無法繞過呢個按鈕。
    You’re in control: Click “Stop sharing” anytime and the session ends. We cannot bypass this.
  • 單次使用：每個 12 位密碼只用一次。會話結束後，密碼即時失效，我哋無法重新連線——除非你再生成新密碼。
    Single-use: Each 12-digit code is one-time. Once the session ends the code is invalid; we can’t reconnect unless you generate a fresh code.
  • 請避免敏感資料：會話期間，我哋只會看見你屏幕上嘅內容。請唔好打開銀行戶口、密碼管理器或其他敏感資料嘅視窗。如果安裝過程中我哋唔小心睇到任何敏感資料，請即時停止分享並通知我哋。
    Avoid sensitive screens: During the session we can see whatever’s on your screen. Please don’t open banking, password-manager, or other sensitive windows. If anything sensitive accidentally appears, just click “Stop sharing” and let us know.
  • 我哋唔會問密碼：凌峰會計絕對唔會要求你話畀我哋知任何密碼（電郵、銀行、會計軟件、Windows 等）。如果有人聲稱係 凌峰 並要求密碼，請拒絕並告知我哋。
    We never ask for passwords: Lin Fung Accounting will never ask you for passwords (email, banking, accounting software, Windows, etc.). If anyone claims to be us and asks for a password, refuse and let us know.
